Meet the Group

While we’d love to be together for every paranormal investigation, life—work, time, and everything in between—often gets in the way. But that doesn’t stop us from keeping each other updated on every eerie discovery… and occasionally making each other a little jealous.

Lindsay (aka Linz)

I’ve been fascinated by the paranormal for as long as I can remember. Admittedly, I’m drawn more to the darker side of things, but the supernatural in all its forms has always captivated me. I'm what I like to call a believing sceptic. I need to see, feel, hear, or sense things myself in order to believe it.

Right now, I’m studying demonology and own several grimoires—each one deepening my understanding of things that most people shy away from.

My equipment collection is growing, piece by piece. I have an FCD spirit box and plan to invest in either an SB7 or SB11 soon. My Rem Pod? The cutest little thing—it lights up like a disco whenever it’s triggered. I’ve got an EMF meter, voice recorders, and a night vision camera on the way (along with anything else that catches my interest).

But no matter how much tech I bring in, I believe the body is the best paranormal tool. Those sudden goosebumps, the hairs on the back of your neck standing on end—it’s an instinctual alarm system, a response to something beyond the ordinary. And if you’ve always been sensitive to these things, you know when the energy shifts.

One thing you’ll never find in my toolkit? An Ovilus. I don’t buy into it. Some swear by the device, but how exactly does a spirit know which energy level selects which word? It makes no sense to me, so I won’t be using it.

Oh, and don’t even try to convince me that any phone app claiming to detect spirits is legit. Thanks, but no thanks!

David (Dave)

Lindsay's other half. Like his girlfriend, Dave is a sceptic—always searching for something undeniable that could turn belief into certainty.

Though he approaches the paranormal with caution, one experience from his childhood has always lingered in his mind. He once saw a woman standing at a window—only to learn she had passed away weeks before. That moment has stayed with him, challenging his scepticism in ways he still wrestles with.

Now, he’s learning the ropes of paranormal investigation, getting hands-on with the equipment, and exploring haunted locations to see what might be waiting beyond the veil. Whether he finds the proof he’s searching for or simply adds more mystery to the mix, the journey is just beginning.

Cheryl (aka Chez)

Lindsay’s younger sister, Cheryl, has always been fascinated by the paranormal—though, like the rest of the group, she’s a skeptical believer. While family commitments and raising four wonderful children mean she can’t always join every investigation, when she does, she’s an asset.

Fearless and hands-on, Cheryl loves experimenting with new equipment and isn’t shy about taking on whatever goes bump in the night. There are plenty of locations she hopes to visit in the future, and she’s ready for whatever mysteries they hold.

One thing she won’t be trying? The Ovilus. Like her sister, she refuses to trust it—and you’ll never catch a so-called “ghost hunting” app on her phone, either.

Ben

Ben comes from a deeply spiritual family, with both his parents being mediums. Like Lindsay, he has a bit of a sixth sense and an enduring love for all things paranormal.

Though he’s a believer, Ben isn’t easily convinced—he always looks for logical explanations before assuming something is supernatural, just like the rest of the group. But even with his scepticism, he’s had a few terrifying encounters throughout his life—ones that defy all reason. Those experiences cemented his belief in the spirit world.

He loves traveling to famously haunted locations but is just as eager to explore places without the label. After all, you never really know what might be lurking in that building you thought was completely empty.

Faith

The youngest member of the team, Faith is Cheryl’s eldest daughter and Lindsay’s niece. While she can’t visit every investigation site for safety reasons, she’s eager to learn and will take on more as she gets older.

She loves all things paranormal and dreams of the day she sees a ghost—though, as she openly admits, the first time it happens, she’ll probably turn white and dive straight into someone’s arms. Not that it stops her.

Faith is already absorbing everything she can about the equipment, learning the ropes from her aunt and picking things up faster than expected. She’s our little investigator in training, and one day, she’ll be leading the charge.
